What is your product warranty?

All merchandise leaves our warehouses in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the receipt of goods.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact us with your order number and the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 21 days from receipt. KinkyTouch.com, or its parent company, does not imply or express warranties on any of its products. All warranty is backed by the manufacturer of the product and its warranty policies. The handling of all claims is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer of the product.

How long does it take to get my order? Can I get expedited shipping?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include the carrier and a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kinkytouch.com with your name, order number and tracking information. We will look into it for you.

How is my order delivered?

All of our packages are shipped discreetly in innocuous-looking boxes. Your discretion is guaranteed.

Do you offer discounts?

At KinkyTouch, we always offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. We frequently have promotions, coupons & specials. Please check out our Promotions page, coming soon.

How is my credit card data stored and how does it appear on my statement?

KinkyTouch.com does not store any credit card information on its site. Any credit card information goes to our payment processing provider Authorize.net. Authorize.Net stores customer payment information in a highly secured database for a limited period of time. However, all sensitive or personally identifying customer information that is stored by Authorize.Net is masked in the Merchant Interface and in merchant reporting. 

Additionally, in order to maintain compliance with credit card security compliance programs, internal access to customer information is highly restricted.

Once customer payment information has been stored for 180 days (from the date it was originally received), Authorize.Net purges the full information and stores only masked information.

Your order charges will appear on your statement as DELP Marketing Group.

Can I purchase gift cards?

You may purchase gift cards for KinkyTouch.com on our website. They are located in the Gift Cards category. They may be purchased in $25, $50, $100 and $250 denominations. To redeem a gift card, please enter your unique gift card identifying number into the coupon code area in your checkout cart.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order after you have placed it, please send us an e-mail to info@kinkytouch.com. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in canceling your order and making sure that you receive a proper refund to your credit card.
