Returns:

Due to the health-related nature of some products, not all items can be returned. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for more information: an RMA number will be required for the return. 

Refused or returned orders can be shipped again with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned a second time, will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only” status.

Refunds:

In the event a refund needs to be processed, the total time can be up to two weeks for you to receive the refund on your credit card. If a product needs to be returned, KinkyTouch.com will process a refund to the customer’s credit card used on the original purchase upon receiving the product. If a product does not need to be returned, KinkyTouch.com will process a refund immediately upon approval from our Customer Service department. In either case, once KinkyTouch.com issues a refund to your credit card, some banks can take up to 7 business days to post the refund to your account. Also, customers have the option to receive a refund in the form of a KinkyTouch Gift Card, which can expedite the refund process for them.

Issues With Products:

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact us with your order number and the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.
